Lead and manage a team in an international process.
Drive performance to meet KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and team development activities.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of Team Leader experience in an International BPO/Operations environment.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
