Global HSE Systems & Risk is Vestas' global center of expertise for HSE governance, critical risk management, management systems, compliance, organizational learning, analytics and digital enablement. We partner with leaders across the business to strengthen critical risk controls, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory and management system compliance, and leverage data-driven insights to improve HSE performance globally

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continual improvement of Vestas' global critical risk framework by providing specialist expertise in risk management, control effectiveness and operational risk governance

• You will analyze risk and performance data, support risk reviews and assurance activities,



contribute to the development of standards and operational requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, build business cases and strengthen critical risk controls across a global organization

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Hygiene or a related discipline

• 5 years of Experience in HSE, operational risk management, critical risk programs, assurance, or risk governance within a complex industrial setting

• Demonstrated experience in the management of high-consequence risks, including chemical management, hazardous substances, process safety, occupational hygiene, dangerous goods or related risk disciplines

• Formal qualifications, certifications or specialist experience in chemical management, occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, process saf
