We are currently seeking a SF-EC Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).EC Consultant
Role Overview
The EC Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module along with seamless design combining SAP and non SAP systems . This role ensures that Client Employee processes : Hire to Retire are optimized through best practices and SAP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module
Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality.
Configure and customize Employee Central Fields, Country Specific Fields, Foundation Data, Workflows, Position Management, Time Types, Leave Management MDF Objects, Rules, and other employee processes respecting RBP permissions.




Design Global Process consolidating requirement with add on localization to global template based on Local Add on for multiple countries
Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Talent Modules, and external systems via Integration Solutions
Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization.
Support Data migration, Integration requirement gathering, Integration Testing, SIT Cycles including Error reporting, Error remediation
Comply Translation requirements
Develop test cases and conduct UAT support.
Deliver user training and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

Experience Configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central ,Position Management, Contingent Worker Management, Mass Changes Functionality, Document generation, EC Reports with exposure to Advanced Reports.
Experience to Packaged integration with Mini Master integration with SAP S4/HANA.
Integration Experience for SF Modules-Compensation, Variable Pay
