Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sourcing & Vendor Development to lead sourcing and supplier development for electronic components and systems, reporting to Pugal.



The role will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic suppliers, particularly across the China market, driving competitive sourcing, ensuring supplier quality and compliance, and delivering continuous cost productivity.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in global sourcing of electronic components/systems, with hands-on exposure to supplier evaluation, onboarding, performance management, and cost optimisation. Experience in the EMS industry and sourcing components for medical devices will be an added advantage.
