GETI is looking for five energetic, target-driven professionals to lead our field sales operations across India.

Open Positions: 5 - One for each zone - Across India tier 1 & tier 2 cities

North Zone
East Zone
South Zone
West Zone
Central Zone

This is a field-first role, not a desk job. The selected Zonal Heads will spend several days each week working alongside their teams visiting schools, meeting principals and management, demonstrating GETI’s offerings and closing institutional opportunities.

Role Details:
Employment: Full-time, field-based
Experience: 3–5 year
Travel: 60–70% within the assigned zone
Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred but not mandatory
Mandatory: Own vehicle and valid driving licence
Team: Approximately 5 Cluster Heads and 60 Field Education Fellows/Executives

What You Will Own:
Monthly, quarterly and annual zonal revenue targets
A qualified sales pipeline with at least 3× target coverage
Strategic accounts, including school chains, DIETs and large private schools
Recruitment, training and performance of field teams
Daily field activity,



weekly reviews and monthly business reviews
Accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts and zonal reports
Cost of sales, including travel, sampling and demonstration material
Market insights related to competitors, pricing and school-level objections

You May Be a Positive Fit If You:
Focus on measurable outcomes not only activity reports
Have completed a target-based project, internship, campus drive, sponsorship campaign or business assignment
Are fluent in Hindi and comfortable communicating in English
Are confident meeting both local school principals and senior leadership teams
Are comfortable working with numbers, targets and sales funnels
Believe in improving education outcomes and can understand the challenges faced by schools
Are energetic, coachable and willing to work extensively in the field
