About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving Skadoosh's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building meaningful relationships with prospective clients.
You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding business objectives, presenting Skadoosh's capabilities and supporting the business development process from initial outreach through proposal discussions and successful onboarding.
This role requires robust communication skills, commercial awareness,
strategic thinking and a proactive approach to developing long-term client partnerships.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
CTC: 10 - 12/- LPA
Work Mode: On Site
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
• Identify and qualify potential clients aligned with Skadoosh's services, including Branding, Designing and Production.
• Research brands, their marketing activities and business challenges to identify opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, referrals, networking, email outreach and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
• Identify new industries, brands and market opportunities for business growth.
Client Acquisition
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand client objectives, marketing challenges and budgets.
• Schedule and lead discovery calls, meetings and presentations.
