We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Cloud Functional Consultant who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, functional configuration, business process mapping, testing, integrations, user training, and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirement gathering, workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Procurement
• Manufacturing
• Cost Management
• Planning
• PLM
• Drive end-to-end implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Prepare and execute CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation activities.
• Work closely with technical teams on SCM integrations with Finance and third-party systems.
• Validate integrations using FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development where required.
• Develop user training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support.
• Analyze the impact of Oracle quarterly Cloud updates and perform regression testing.
• Support business users in adopting optimized Oracle SCM processes and workflows.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall functional experience in Oracle SCM/Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in 2 3 or more full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Solid experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing,
