Job DescriptionWe are seeking a energetic and transformation-oriented leader to head our global Procure to Pay (PTP) Operations across multiple geographies and client environments.



This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence with large-scale transformation initiatives while driving process efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience Required

A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/CA/CPA preferred).
14+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations with a strong focus on PTP.
Proven expertise in global delivery and managing large teams.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.
Deep understanding of SOX compliance and governance frameworks.

Role And Responsibilities

Leading global PTP operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payments, and T&E.;
Ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, compliance controls, and audit readiness.
Driving transformation through automation, OCR/RPA adoption, and process standardization.
Managing global stakeholder relationships and governance forums.
