Job Title: Vice President – Business Finance

Role Description
• We are seeking a Vice President in Business Finance to provide senior oversight across Daily P&L; reporting, Month-end close and Performance of SOX controls and adhere to governance model. The role requires a commercially aware finance leader who can manage complex production, challenge outcomes, strengthen controls and partner effectively with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology and senior Finance stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
• Lead the oversight, review and explanation of Daily P&L;, ensuring timely sign-off, clear commentary and effective escalation of material issues.

• Review of various controls and breaks resolution FOBO breaks, Management Account and Financial Account reconciliations, exception clearing, balance sheet substantiation and disclosures.

• Partner with Front Office, Financial Control, Risk, Operations, Technology and Business Finance leadership to resolve issues, improve transparency and strengthen front-to-back controls.

• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across reporting processes, workflows, tools and control practices.

• Support strategic change, system rollouts, new product approvals and business ensuring Finance requirements and control impacts are properly understood and delivered.
