About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Rent Management to support lease administration and rent management activities for a commercial real estate portfolio. The role involves interpreting lease agreements, managing rent-related financial obligations, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do





Review and interpret commercial lease agreements, including rent structures, escalations, amendments, and critical lease dates.
Manage rent payments, billing activities, and lease-related financial obligations such as CAM, operating expenses, and taxes.
Analyze rent rolls, variance reports, and lease data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Support lease lifecycle activities, including renewals, extensions, and amendments.
Partner with internal stakeholders, landlords, and finance teams to resolve lease and rent-related queries.
Maintain accurate lease records in lease management systems and ensure adherence to SLAs and process controls.

What You'll Need

Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements including rent structures, escalation clauses, and lease lifecycle.
Working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and lease accounting principles.
