Job Summary

The Operations & Enablement Analyst supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of standardized onboarding processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure. This role focuses on building and managing automations, dashboards, and client communication workflows across Monday.com, HubSpot,



and Service Desk platforms.

The Analyst ensures smooth client experiences through accurate data management, proactive notifications, and operational visibility while supporting continuous process improvement across the onboarding function. This position acts as a critical support function to Operations & Enablement leadership, handling execution of system builds, automations, reporting, and process documentation that enable the onboarding team to operate efficiently at scale.

Essential Functions And Tasks

Own and maintain HubSpot automation workflows, databases, and client profile data
Build and manage Monday.com automations, workflows, and board configurations
Develop and maintain Service Desk ticketing automations and integrations
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems to manager
Develop and send timely client notifications for new sales , go-live changes, ramp downs,
