Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership development role where you'll gain hands-on experience solving Agrim's biggest business problems. As a mini-CEO, you'll have end-to-end ownership of critical business problems—from hypothesis to execution, managing the complete lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution, building hands-on expertise across the full business stack: demand, supply, operations, fintech, HR, and product.
This role is designed for future entrepreneur and someone who can accelerate from hands-on operator to business head within a 2–4-year journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify critical business challenges with business heads; break down ambiguous problems into transparent, solvable components with measurable success criteria
• Build measurement systems, and analytics frameworks that can enable operational monitoring and enable evidence-based decision-making around the targeted business problem.
• Streamline broken and unorganised workflows; design scalable operating systems that support 10x growth
• Map and optimize cross-functional workflows across demand, supply, operations, fintech, HR, and product; eliminate bottlenecks and build for speed.
• Manage complex projects from conception through delivery; lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects move from strategy to measurable impact
