Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive performance excellence across the region
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the region
