We are looking for Production Engineering

You’ll make a difference by

Industrial activity of wheelset including wheel pressing, gauging, machining coordination, and final inspection, Tool design experience, Change management, handle non-conformities, root cause analysis,



and implementation of corrective / preventive actions (CAPA), Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & tolerances.
Knows all bogie assembly-related requirements; supports the production & quality assurance based on general rules of design (e.g. screw extension).
Knowledge of special process in Rolling stock.
Knowledge of plant layout, routing, VSM, method time calculations, time study and other lean tools.
Checking BOMs, documents and changes regarding completeness and compliance with local requirements. clarification of open topics & adjustment of documents.
Assurance of communication with regard to Engineering-relevant data with headquarters (e.g. change requests of the production, NCR's, )
Assurance of product safety about the processes and methods; duty to warn if processes and methods do not meet the legal requirements and the general rules of design.
