Role Description The Ecommerce Manager role at Naagin is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai.
This role is responsible for managing and growing Naagin’s online sales channels, including marketplace platforms and the brand’s own D2C website. Daily responsibilities include optimizing product listings, monitoring performance metrics, managing promotions and campaigns, coordinating inventory and pricing, and ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment in collaboration with operations and supply chain teams. The Ecommerce Manager will analyze sales data, track customer behavior, and develop strategies to improve conversion, retention, and overall revenue. The role also involves working closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align ecommerce initiatives with broader brand objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience.
