About The Role -

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, lead generation, automation, and AI marketing.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, and result-oriented, with a focus on digital growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities -

Performance Marketing -

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Handle budgets, targeting, remarketing, creatives, tracking, and A/B testing.
• Monitor CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and CVR to improve ROI.

SEO & Organic Growth -

• Execute Technical, On-page, and Off-page SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content-gap analysis.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and conversions.

Analytics, Attribution & Reporting -

• Manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.
• Build reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Track funnel performance, attribution, conversions, CAC,



CPL, and ROAS.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization -

• Generate quality leads through paid and organic channels.
• Monitor lead quality and funnel conversions.
• Work with Sales teams on lead conversion, CRO, and landing-page optimization.

Marketing Automation & AI -

• Build workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Make.
• Work with CRMs, APIs, and webhooks.
• Use Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot for research, content, analysis, and automation.

Content & Creative Support -

• Support social media, ad creatives, reels, videos, and thumbnails.
• Use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and AI creative tools.

Must-Have Skills -

• Paid Advertising, SEO, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Conversion Tracking
• Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets
