Roles & Responsibilities :

* Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
* Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.* Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels,



and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships.
* Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

Content Creation :
* Create high-quality short-form videos, reels, graphics, carousels, and social media creatives.
* Shoot and edit engaging content for social media platforms.* Write compelling captions, hooks, and content copy.
* Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
* Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business teams to execute campaigns.

Branding & Growth :
* Build brand awareness and improve online presence.
* Generate creative campaign ideas for product launches, promotions, and events.
* Identify opportunities for organic growth and audience engagement.
