About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Interns to join our team under the NAPS program. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Operations.
The selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to various HR operational activities, employee coordination, documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Support the employee onboarding and documentation process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and employees for required documentation and information.




• Assist with joining formalities and employee communication.
• Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related data management.
• Help ensure proper maintenance of employee files and records.
• Assist the HR team with reports, trackers, and MIS.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
• Support other HR and operational activities as assigned by the team.

Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or candidates currently pursuing/recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
• Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who are willing to learn and build a career in HR Operations.
