The Role:

The Senior Accountant (Revenue and Billing Operations) owns the monthly billing cycle and the revenue accounting that flows from it. This is a hands-on role at the center of a high-volume, multi-entity, multi-currency close.



The role prepares and generates customer billing across several delivery platforms, calculates and processes partner payouts, prepares revenue recognition and deferral entries, and produces the consolidated revenue reporting that leadership relies on each month.

The work is data-intensive. This role works across multiple source systems to transform high-volume delivery and usage data into accurate invoices in Sage Intacct. Judgment matters as much as precision: the ideal candidate understands why a contract recognizes revenue the way it does and brings a sharp eye to the numbers. Experience with Intacct, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and comfort navigating cross-functional relationships with Customer Service, Operations, and Shared Services are key.
