quality of the Finance function, and provide financial support, advice and
expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, to maximize value. As a Finance
Manager, you’re not just responsible for all accounting and financial
requirements for the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of
hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every
guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

* Financial Controls: Apply best-practice accounting within a robust control
framework
* Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable financial insights
* Business Support: Provide commercial and financial guidance to operations
* Technology Use: Improve efficiency through smart IT integration
* Investment: Drive strong returns on capital projects
* Planning & Forecasting: Align budgets with strategic goals and accurate
forecasts
* Team Development:



Build and grow a capable finance team
* Cash Management: Safeguard liquidity through tight controls
* Cost Efficiency: Help optimize operational cost structures

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role
* Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business comm
