We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop full-funnel strategies and scale campaigns profitably.
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR & CVR.
• Manage tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & CAPI.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage client communication and multiple accounts.
• Coordinate with creative, technology, and internal teams.
Requirements
• 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce/D2C.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads.
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts.
