We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.
• Manage system integrations and Salesforce data feeds with internal and external systems.
• Work on CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments for Salesforce releases.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
• Optimize and simplify existing configurations in highly customized Salesforce environments.
• Ensure proper documentation, code quality, and adherence to best practices.
Relevant Experience
• 6+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience working in large and complex Salesforce environments.
• Exposure to banking/financial services domain (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in Salesforce Development & Administration.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); PD II preferred.
• Hands-on experience in both Lightning and Classic environments.
• Robust expertise in:
• Apex, Triggers, Visualforce
• Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
• Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work in highly customized environments with multiple integrations.
