RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
* Oversee laundry operations: Manage laundry and uniform services to ensure a
consistent supply of clean, high-quality linens and uniforms while upholding
efficiency and quality standards
* Maintain facility and equipment efficiency: Ensure laundry facilities and
equipment operate at peak performance while adhering to OSHA regulations and
safety standards
* Ensure quality and inventory control: Monitor linen quality, stain and
damage rates, inventory levels, and production reports to facilitate timely
reordering, rewashing, and repairs
* Manage financial performance: Oversee budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and
cost control to optimize operational efficiency
* Enhance processes and compliance: Implement best practices for handling
chemicals, maintain safety protocols, and explore improved laundry products
and techniques in collaboration with supply vendors.
* Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor
performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work
setting
