We are currently seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil
Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Workday Consultant
Key Responsibilities
* Data Integration Management: Design and oversee file transfers to Workday
(monthly/daily transaction processing)
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data
integration requirements and specifications
* Data Mapping & Analysis: Identify and document field mappings from source
systems to target Workday modules
* ETL Development: Knowledge on AWS for data transformation and processing
* Documentation: Develop comprehensive requirements documents, data
dictionaries, and process flows
* Lookup Table Management: Design and maintain reference data structures for
data validation and transformation
* Documentation: Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and documentation
* Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process
mapping
* Data Management: Data mapping, transformation logic, lookup table design.
* Agile Approach: JIRA, Scrum
Experience Required
* 5+ years business analysis experience
* Mainframe data processing background
* Workday integration experience preferred
* AWS cloud services knowledge
* Multi-client project management experience

* Process documentation in Excel format
