The impact you’ll make
As the Capability Development & Workforce Readiness Program Manager, you will create the capability architecture that enables GP&O; employees to develop skills, accelerate readiness, and perform effectively in their roles.
You will partner with functional leaders, SMEs, Role Communities, and organizational-development partners to define learning pathways, onboarding frameworks, proficiency models, and capability-development strategies that support GP&O;'s long-term growth and workforce readiness objectives.

Global Collaboration
• Partner with the Malaysia and Tualatin roles to connect capability design with adoption and delivery.
• Work closely with organizational-development partners supporting Learn from an Expert and current-hire assimilation initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in program management, capability development, learning strategy, workforce readiness, organizational development, or operations.
