Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities as outlined in the job summary include executing core functions of the Senior Associate role, contributing to team objectives, maintaining quality standards, and supporting client service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Non-qualified : 3+ years of relevant experience
CA qualified + 1 year relevant experience, ACCA/CPA qualified + 2 years relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Audit software tools.




Working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS or other relevant regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply relevant accounting and auditing standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with the ability to exercise skilled judgment.
Primarily serve clients that require a review or compilation of their financial statements as well as clients that require an audit of their employee benefit plans.
Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the review of all required financial statements, related disclosures and other client deliverables
Develop an understanding of the client's business, and become an industry specialist to understand client specific needs
Understand and utilize RSM's audit, review and compilation methodologies
Function as in-charge facilitating client work by monitoring and reporting regarding productivity and adhe
