Your Role
As an General Manager at StayVista, you will lead the region’s overall business performance, supply acquisition, and operational excellence.
You’ll be responsible for growing the portfolio of premium vacation homes, driving revenue, improving profitability, and ensuring seamless property onboarding and guest experience, while leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
About You
• Own and manage the P&L;, ensuring revenue targets, cost efficiency, and profitability.
• Drive supply acquisition by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding premium vacation homes.
• Build and implement go-to-market strategies to attract and retain property owners.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, defining KPIs and improving workflows across teams.
• Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
• Ensure properties meet StayVista’s operational and service standards.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize acquisition and demand strategies.
