Job Summary

This is an Associate-Strategy & Operations role for someone who wants to build from zero, not optimize the obvious.

You will work directly with leadership as a thinking partner, a cross-functional fixer, and someone who can own ambiguous work end-to-end.

There is no defined scope. The context will keep evolving. What we need is someone who absorbs context quick, stress-tests assumptions, pushes back when they think something is off,



and drives things forward without needing to be directed.
