THE ROLE

The Category Manager – Wires & Cables will own the complete lifecycle of the category—from product strategy and portfolio planning to pricing, product launches, and market growth. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing,



R&D;, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Channel teams to ensure sustainable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the category growth strategy for Wires & Cables.
• Manage the complete product portfolio, including House Wires, Flexible Cables, Industrial Cables, and Power Cables.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
• Identify current product opportunities based on customer and market requirements.
• Lead new product development (NPD) in collaboration with R&D; and Manufacturing teams.
• Define pricing strategy, product positioning, and profitability targets.
• Plan and execute successful product launches across key markets.
• Create product literature, brochures, technical presentations, and training materials.
• Conduct product training for Sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.
