About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Inbound US Process to manage and drive performance in our international voice operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inbound US process teams in a fastpaced BPO environment
• Drive KPIs including Attrition , Shrinkage , AHT , CSAT , SLA, and SPH
• Ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
• Mentor and motivate team members for consistent delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead in International Voice Process
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage performance metrics and team targets
• Immediate joiners preferred
