An Amazing Career Prospect for Solutions Engineer
Location: Remote Or Hybrid / Office
Job ID: 49282
Profile Summary
HID Global is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer with a strong presales orientation, capable of delivering compelling demonstrations, managing strategic tenders, and guiding customers—particularly national authorities such as Police forces, Ministries, and other government institutions—through complex solution evaluations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales to understand customer challenges, shape technical requirements, and identify opportunities for HID’s hardware, software, and professional services. While a solid architecture and development foundation is required, the emphasis is on customer-facing activities, including presentations, proof‑of‑concepts, and presales technical leadership.
You will help articulate HID Global’s value, support technical aspects of the sales cycle, and ensure smooth transitions from presales engagement into project execution.
The position is designed for a motivated professional who excels in remote/hybrid environments and thrives in a role that blends technical expertise with high-impact communication.
You will support Sales across Middle East, Africa and India regions, including travel for on‑site demonstrations, workshops, and government stakeholder engagements.
