Key job responsibilities
As the Sr. SDM for P3P Financial Stack, you will own the technology strategy,
execution, and people leadership for this platform at a pivotal moment in its
evolution, from high-touch manual operations to AI-driven autonomous finance.
You will lead a large engineering team across multiple verticals, driving the
technical roadmap for touchless payment systems, agentic financial operations
(AI agents that autonomously detect defects, identify root causes, and execute
resolutions), intelligent reconciliation, and ERP-agnostic architecture that
decouples sellers from 3rd party software dependencies.
You will be the single
technical voice representing India's financial platform in global forums
influencing WW partner roadmaps to adopt India-originated innovations, and
partnering with multiple WW organizations to ensure P3P evolves from a local
platform into a globally adopted reference architecture. You will translate
continuously evolving regulations (GST 2.0, e-invoicing) into executable
technical strategies, architect for config-driven zero-code market onboarding,
and position P3P as an early adopter of AI-to-AI commerce where vendor and
seller AI systems interact programmatically with P3P's payment and
reconciliation APIs. Equally, you will raise the engineering bar, mentor the
next generation of senior engineers, and build a high-performing team culture
that attracts top talent to one of the most complex and consequential financial
engineering challenges at Amazon.
