As part of SKEMA's development strategy, the Admission Manager plays a central role in recruiting prospective students across all SKEMA programs. You will design and deliver targeted recruitment activities — combining field-based actions with digital initiatives — and manage candidates throughout their journey, from first contact to enrolment.
This is a hands-on,



high-impact position for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting ambitious targets, and representing an institution they can be proud of.

As such, your main responsibilities will include the following:

Drive recruitment strategy. Proactively propose and lead initiatives to grow the number of future students across SKEMA programs.
Organise recruitment and visibility events. Run in-person and online actions to promote SKEMA and its programs to all types of candidates and key influencers — school principals, teachers, education agents and corporate partners.
Manage the full recruitment funnel. Handle information requests, email campaigns and lead processing through to conversion into enrolled students, keeping the CRM/database accurate and up to date at every stage.
Deliver market intelligence. Produce a quarterly sector benchmark to inform recruitment decisions and identify recent opportunities.
