About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, documentation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Record and maintain financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Verify invoices, bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for finance-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist the senior finance team with audits and financial requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
