Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM transformation programs.
* Establish and manage project governance structures, steering committees, RAID
logs, and delivery dashboards.
* Ensure adherence to enterprise PMO standards, delivery frameworks, and
quality gates across all phases of implementation.
* Oversee implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across
Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:
* Global Human Resources (Core HR)
* Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
* Compensation & Perks
* Talent Management
* Payroll
* HR Help Desk
* Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
* Coordinate module interdependencies, data flows, and integration touchpoints
across HR ecosystem platforms.
* Participate in solution design workshops, requirement gathering, testing,
training, and production support activities.
* Ensure compliance with security, audit, data privacy, and governance
standards.
* Provide oversight on technical delivery streams including:
* Upstream and Downstream integrations
* REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
* Data migration (HDL, HSDL, FBDI)
* Reporting and analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI)
* Ensure technical solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security
standards, and scalability requirements.
* Partner with technical leads to ensure timely resolution of defects,
integration issues, and data inconsistencies.
* Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), business stakeholders, IT
architecture teams, and global delivery partners.
* Manage relationships with Oracle implementation partners and third-party
vendors.
* Drive alignment between business requirements and technical solution
delivery.
* Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies across
global deployments.
* Support audit readiness and change control governance for HR systems.
* Manage project schedules, sprint planning, release planning, and resour
