Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing site to ensure work is completed on time.
• Manage engineering projects and deliver them within set timelines.
• Communicate progress reports to the construction project manager.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Travel to supervise multiple sites throughout the day.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
• Oversee and ensure progress of construction activities.
• Review daily construction work and suggest improvement measures.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Provide engineering information and answer queries from stakeholders.
• Approve construction projects and conduct inspections during critical phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software.




• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Experience in managing sub-contractors and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and codes.
• Robust leadership and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of construction operations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management, or engineering.
• Master's degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical, or related field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of languages like English and Hindi may be required.
• Experience in handling construction projects and supervising manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze blueprints and ensure projects meet design and safety specifications.
• Proficient in evaluating performance and implementing disciplinary measures.
