Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hostel administration efficiently.
• Ensure the safety and security of the boys' and girls' hostels.
• Implement protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all residents.
• Supervise hostel staff and coordinate their tasks effectively.
• Address any conflicts or issues within the hostel premises promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hostel maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0-5 years of experience in hostel management or a related role.
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in team problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of psychology to understand and address residents' needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies calmly.
• Certification in first aid and fire safety procedures is a plus.
