• Conducting patient assessments and examinations.
• Prescribing and administering appropriate medications.
• Providing basic patient care and assistance.
• Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.
• Delivering clinical processes such as IV lines, blood sampling, ABG sampling, CPR, and wound dressing.
• Providing general pre and post-operative care to patients.
Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Duty Medical Officer.
• Skills in patient assessment, prescribing medicine, and basic patient care.
• Diplomate in clinical social work or relevant healthcare qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Positive problem-solving abilities and the willingness to adapt to a challenging work environment.
• Must be familiar with medical protocols and procedures.
Additional Skillsets
• Ability to handle client communication independently.
• Knowledge of relevant software or technical skills is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare communication protocols is advantageous.
• Experience in maintaining professional and open communications with patients and colleagues.
