• Provide direct patient care in critical care environments
• Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assist with procedures such as intubation and inserting central lines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices in critical care nursing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent




• Valid nursing license in the state of practice
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proven experience working in critical care settings
• Robust understanding of critical care protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
