What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

* Develop and optimize sheet metal fabrication, machining and industrial
engineering processes.
* Perform time studies, layout optimization, productivity improvement, and
ergonomic assessments.
* Create PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Process Flow, and
documentation.
* Prepare and release Manufacturing Drawings, BOM, Routing, and Process Sheets
in SAP.
* Provide technical support for Laser Cutting, Punching, Bending, Welding,
Surface Treatment, Powder Coating, Machining & Assembly.
* Prepare feasibility report for the BTP and BTS projects. and analyze




investments for the projects.
* Process & Fixture Design along with Tool Design and Development for Sheet
metal forming, cutting and fabrication.
* Project Completion & Time Management: Plan and complete product development
activities as per APQP guidelines. Coordinate with multi-functional teams and
ensure timely delivery.
* Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Poka‑Yoke, and Line Balancing activities.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, QMS.
* Follow all EHS guidelines; ensure safety of equipment and process
environments.
* Promote 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
* Understanding of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations

You have:

* Academic background in BE Mechanical
* Previous experience in or with 3 – 5 years Tooling, Mfg or equivalent
experience. Engg and Industrial Engg exposure in sheet metal parts
manufacturing industry.
