that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work You will supervise
and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, oversee daily housekeeping
operations, and ensure all housekeeping processes meet the hotel’s high
standards of cleanliness. As a Housekeeping Executive, you’re not just
supervising daily housekeeping and/or public area operations– you’re spreading
the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that
make the stay for every guest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
* Supervise day-to-day housekeeping team operations: Lead, train, and oversee
housekeeping and public area team members to maintain a consistent supply of
clean linens and uniforms
* Manage Room Amenities: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of Room
Amenities
* Monitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain
and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs,
and reordering as needed
* Optimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while
maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics
