• Experience with software design, development and deployment, object-oriented software development
• Practical experience integrating AI/Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into software using APIs or libraries (e.g. LLMs, ML services, or SDKs)
• Produce high quality Software Solutions
• Experience / knowledge of operating in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile principles
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI limitations, and responsible use (bias, security, correctness)
• Good understanding of Windows Operating systems: Windows 10Windows 11
• Good software designing skills and usage of tools
• Have a solid desire for quality,
and attention to detail, good solid analytical skills
• Identify and implement process improvements in Engineering practices
• Provide input and technical content for technical documentation, user help materials and customer training
• Assist in estimating task effort and dependencies, responsible for team commitments within the Sprint, as a scrum team member
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced workplace
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment composed of peers and cross-functional members
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills involving complex systems
• Valuable understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
