Role Summary

You'll own a rapid-growing product charter within Motive Financial Products and
lead the product-led growth (PLG) initiatives that drive adoption, activation,
and utilization across our entire Motive customer base. You'll own the strategy,
roadmap,



and end-to-end experience - turning first-time users into loyal,
recurring users of Motive Financial Products and growing spend across the
portfolio.

What You'll Do

* Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core Financial
Products charter, end to end - from onboarding and activation through
utilization and retention.
* Build and optimize the full conversion funnel, relentlessly improving
activation and repeat usage at every stage.
* Lead product-led growth initiatives - in-product education, contextual
messaging, notifications, and growth loops that drive adoption and
engagement.
* Design and run experiments; use A/B testing and rapid iteration to learn what
drives customers to engage and grow spend.
* Build the experiences that turn first-time users into a durable, habitual
relationship with Motive.
* Define requirements, metrics, and product documentation; drive
