About the role
As a Senior Project Manager at Godrej Properties, you'll oversee high-rise projects from budgeting to execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing contractor relationships to achieve project success.
Key responsibilities 1.



Project financial management- Track spends against the allocated project budget and control costs within budget (bills and payments)- Certify the bills of consultants, contractors and vendors- Follow up with Accounts to ensure timely payments
2. Contractor and vendor management - Identify suitable contractors, consultants and vendors for various contracts- Conduct a comparative analysis of shortlisted vendors and make recommendations- Provide technical/work scope inputs to Contracts and Budgeting teams to prepare contracts and costing- Follow up with Contracts for sign-off on agreements, Letters of Intent (LOIs) and work orders
3. Project monitoring and execution- Completely responsible for monitoring and executing the project from the design stage through execution until the final handover to the customer
- Provide the scope of work that is awarded, including accountabilities and authorities- Prepare detailed project plans, including work schedules and risk mitigation plans, in coordination
