TEAM OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Field Applications Engineer at Impinj, you will serve as the primary
field-deployed technical liaison between Impinj and our global ecosystem
partners, channel partners, and end-user customers. This role works closely with
our India sales lead, including traveling to customer sites to provide on-site
support and answer technical questions from customers. Combining deep RF and
RAIN RFID technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills, you'll drive




pre-sales enablement, product industrialization, and post-sales support across
India. India is a growing market for RAIN RFID, especially with its push into

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* Serve as the primary technical liaison for end-user customers, channel
partners, and complementary technology partners
* Support pre-sales efforts by aligning the technical benefits of Impinj
products to customer requirements, including writing proposals and delivering
technical presentations
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues through structured root cause
analysis
* Develop and implement solution strategies that address significant business
challenges for customers who can benefit from item intelligence using
Impinj's RAIN RFID solutions
* Develop cutting-edge product demonstrations along with train
