Responsibilities
• Identify and secure recent clients for staffing services through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a robust and scalable sales pipeline.
• Drive vendor replacement and consolidation opportunities by assessing client needs and delivering compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, onboarding, and service delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement professionals.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to strengthen partnerships and expand service scope.
• Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and client pain points to inform strategic account penetration plans.
• Perform comprehensive primary and secondary market research to identify emerging opportunities and underserved customer segments.
