Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• To ensure achievement
of Monthly Sales Target and AR targets
• To Penetrate the
market and create leads and prospects
• To handle all
assigned Key-Accounts and Key Segments in the defined territory
• Value Selling (To
Position sales – Mid/High Value Capital Equipment's)
• To generate Sales
lead from the Industry Segments (Process, Pharma, Chemical, Food, Cement,
Steel, Textile) and convert the same in to Sales Order.
• To ensure the
collections on Receivable Management.
• To ensure the
feasibility study of requirements, define right scope by working closely with




key stake holders internally and externally
• To coordinate with
customer support engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and
breakdowns.
• Periodic update of
activities and account contacts in CRM
• Key Behavioral
Attributes:
• Should be good at
relationship management and have excellent selling skills (especially
negotiation and objection handling)
• Must possess good
presentation & communication skills in English (knowledge of other local
language would be added advantage).
• Should be positive at
relationship management & interpersonal skills and proactive.
• Should be proficient with CRM and SAP
• Be good at
interpersonal skills and proactive.
• Should possess good
territory knowledge. Should be open to high travel within the territory.
• Overall Industry
Knowledge. Food & pharma segment process knowledge, familiarity with
processing & packaging lines & machineries.
• Assigned Territory- NCR
