We are looking for a highly motivated and highly organized Talent Acquisition
Intern to join our team at Instawork. In this role, you will get hands-on
experience working on end-to-end recruitment, serving as the critical bridge
between our hiring teams and prospective candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Support the full recruitment lifecycle for
various open positions.
* High-Volume Outreach: Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily
to prospective candidates.
* Interview Coordination: Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews
between candidates and internal hiring teams.
* Candidate Communication: Manage ongoing follow-ups, gather feedback, and
ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring
journey.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, candidate
statuses, and interview schedules.
