Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Senior Data Scientist to lead
complex analytics initiatives across IT operations, ITSM platforms, and
telemetry systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic
thinking, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights that
drive operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end data science projects focused on IT operations, incident
management, and experience optimization.
* Analyze structured and unstructured data from ITSM systems (e.g.,

infrastructure monitoring tools.
