ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an experienced HR qualified to join HR COE Services VOIS India
in Pune. This role focuses on providing HR advisory support and operational HR
services to global business functions, working closely with onshore HR Business
Partners (HRBPs) across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will help
deliver people processes, HR projects, data-driven insights, reporting, budget
management, process excellence initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities
through a robust shared services delivery model while ensuring compliance with
privacy regulations and service level commitments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Support HR colleagues, primarily HRBPs, across different countries and
business units in delivering hire-to-retire processes, reports, dashboards,
data quality activities, and HR projects.
* Act as a key point of contact for business functions, providing guidance and
executing HR act
